Requirements

• You have to be at least 14 years old or older.
  
  
• Your site must be in English and it must not have adult or stealing content.
  
  
• Music files, bmp, wares, IRC, and pngs are not allowed to be uploaded.
  
  
• Your site must not provide commercial services.
  
  
• You should know FTP since it's needed to upload files.
  
  
• You should have decent design skills and please do not direct link or allow other people to do so.
  
  
• You cannot put google ads or similar things onto the site.
  
  
• The site should contain files that you use for your web pages. Do not use your site as file storage.
  
  
• You must move in within a week and link back here once you're accepted.
  
  
• You should keep your site active or update at least once a month unless you have reasonable excuses.
  
  

Notes

• Please provide valid email and URL sample.
  
  
• URL sample is needed to examine your design skills.
  
  
• You can request for a mysql database if you need.
  
  
• Please tell me about your site/project as much as you can in the comment box. Nothing = no hosting.
  
  
• I have the right to reject your application if i see something is wrong.
  
  
• Once i accept your application, i'll send you your account information.
  
  
• If you no longer want the hosting @ Distant Sea or you already got the hosting @ another domain, you need to tell me.
  
  
• I've got some applications and after i set their accounts up, they don't even bother replying or saying anything. I have to wait for a few days to delete their accounts...Of course they will never be hosted here.
  
  
• I need a reply from you to indicate that you got your login info and you're ready to move in.
  
  
• If your site is a fanlisting, i recommend you to install phpfanlist or enthusiast.
  
  
• If your site is a fanlisting and you're using phpfanbase, please check for their updates of the script all the time.
  
  
• As the site owner, you should check for UPDATES of the script that you're using on your site for security issues at Distant Sea.
